I Did Read Malcolm X, Mr. Attorney General, But You Wouldn’t Understand How His Life Was Changed

Like many of my generation, I read Malcolm X’s Autobiography.

Malcolm had a great influence on me—though you wouldn’t understand that influence any more than you truly understand the changes that Malcolm underwent after making a religious pilgrimage to Mecca.

Malcolm’s great influence upon me was shown by my remark, “he didn’t have anything to say, but he sure was great at saying it”.

I was converted away from belief in the value of the art of persuasion simply by watching a 5 minute press conference by Malcolm.

It was only later, after I had realized that the art of persuasion could be turned toward good, that I overcame Malcolm’s influence.

When Malcolm returned from his pilgrimage, he espoused in words if not in tone, a more peaceful and conciliatory message, however much he continued to conform with the American’s press’ expectation of the stereotypic, angry Black man.

It was another video that convinced me of the positive power of persuasion, backed by truthful reasoning—by dialectically informed rhetoric.

(Woman firefighter handing a child she just saved to the Mom.) “Being alive today has special meaning–for both of us. There have been times when I almost didn’t make it. But the one time I had the most to lose, was before I was even born. My Mom was young, single, no money. I’m sure it wasn’t easy for her to give me a chance. But today, I know she’d be very proud, that her decision saved more than one life.”—”Lifesaver”, Vitae Caring FoundationIt was an article showing how the art of persuasion was saving many of the Black people whom you and your ilk have abandoned to the merchants of death of the abortion industry.

A 1998 article, Abortion: A Failure to Communicate by Paul Swope showed how the art of persuasion was able to reduce abortion rates up to 38%, including those in the African-American community you have abandoned, Mr. Holder.

But you wouldn’t understand that, either, Mr. Attorney General, as you ride off to into the sunset of a lucrative post-governmental career in the private sector, no closer to giving help of any lasting value to members of your community than the years you wasted at the Department of Justice.

Pope Francis’ Prayer to Mary, Untier of Knots

Holy Mary, full of God’s presence during the days of your life,
you accepted with full humility the Father’s will,
and the Devil was never capable to tie you around with his confusion

Once with your son you interceded for our difficulties,
and, full of kindness and patience you gave us example of how to untie the knots of our life.

And by remaining forever Our Mother,
you put in order, and make more clear the ties that link us to the Lord.

Holy Mother, Mother of God, and our Mother,
to you, who untie with motherly heart the knots of our life,
we pray to you to receive in your hands (the name of person),
and to free him/her of the knots and confusion with which our enemy attacks.

Through your grace, your intercession, and your example,
deliver us from all evil, Our Lady,
and untie the knots that prevent us from being united with God,
so that we, free from sin and error, may find Him in all things,
may have our hearts placed in Him,
and may serve Him always in our brothers and sisters. Amen

The Unbearable Lightness of Cyber

If the ‘Internet of Things’ were so great, why isn’t the First Thing that everything connects to a computer for HUMANS to control it all?

How Do You Do This to a Tablet or Laptop?

I am so delighted with the thermostat in my apartment. It doesn’t have batteries, buttons or a display. If I want heat or cooling, I simply slide 1 or at the most 2 switches, the only mechanism is a mercury switch, it does exactly what I want, I am THE MASTER.

At my old place, I was ready to go get one of these. I thought I could find one at a used equipment place. If I hadn’t moved here, I was ready to revolt. My only resort in my former helpless condition with a programmable thermostat was to let the batteries run out and use a portable heater in the bedroom.

I think the management at my new place resorted to this subversive strategy of great, obsolete stuff, because it was easier than having to deal with tenants who can’t program the d!&%*mned things.

Not my original idea, but a guy told me that every single, last, blasted device—even new toasters that won’t let you push the lever up when the toast is done sooner than the dial setting, but you have to push a RE-SET BUTTON to get the stuff out before it burns—everything that beeps, buzzes or blinks at you SHOULD HAVE A PORT THAT WILL CONNECT TO A COMPUTER     s.o.   y.o.u.    d.o.n.t.   h.a.v.e.   t.o.   p.r.o.g.r.a.m.   c.r.y.p.t.i.c.   d.e.v.i.c.e.s.

This is bliss in the age of «the internet of things». If this grand technological scheme which is haywired from the outset had any merit,     T.H.E.Y.   W.O.U.L.D.   H.A.V.E.   I.T.   A.L.L.   C.O.M.P.U.T.E.R   C.O.N.N.E.C.T.E.D.

EdwardSnowdenThis is living proof that technology is intrinsically fascist. The people who dream this stuff up are techno-Nazis. Edward Snowden may fantasize about being 007, but he’s really just monogonad Adolph Hitler in a super-hero costume. The people who live techno-junk day in & out are really in the service of MiniLuv, “the place where the lights never go out”.

Making every little Hitler-gadget accountable to a computer interface is something the designers never dreamed of, because they’re all really about controlling us, even as they beguile us with the latest whiz-bang neato things they’re going to do for us.

Tomorrow’s Junk Today.

Gender Theory While Buying Baby Clothes

Those pesky working-class parents just don’t get the fact that gender roles are “socially determined”—they keep insisting on buying either pink or blue baby clothes—nothing “in-between”.

Dee and I gave a group Baby Shower for nine Moms on Valentine’s Day.

ddsDiscountsWe get our baby clothes at DD’s Discounts.

We classify the Babies as Girl, Boy or Unknown.

It’s the Unknowns that give us the problem while buying baby clothes.

Every Teenage Boy Knew What Midol Would Do To Him

Every Teenage Boy Knew What Midol Would Do To Him

We can’t give boy babies anything with pink or purple, because the working class Dads who are our Moms’ baby-daddies would think they were going to be turned “gay”.

ProjectLinusThe Moms themselves probably wouldn’t mind getting some overly colorful baby blankets, but you never know who’s hanging around at home and whether or not that beautiful Project Linus baby blanket with the deep purple and pink hues is going to end up in the trash.

Therefore, discretion being the better part of valor, Kids’ clothes and blankets have to be ruthlessly segregated by sex and color.

The problem arises with the occasional Moms who don’t know their babies’ sex, and with drop-in Moms who we need to provision even though they never registered before coming to the party.

We have to have baby clothes and blankets that are neither pink nor blue, that are going to have acceptable colors regardless of sex.

It’s not so bad with the fine quality Project Linus blankets—we can usually find something with green, though yellow would be too girly for a little Unknown budding into a Buddy. But the wide variety of Linus blankets usually allow some color wiggle-room.

Not so at DD’s Discounts. Working-class customers demand the most absolute rock-bottom prices; they have little tolerance for any ivory-tower notions of social propriety.

The customers are predictable, but it’s the clothing manufacturers, marketers and distributors who should know better: Little kids are actually being brainwashed into believing that their sex is biologically determined, fixed and invariable.

It’s up to the better educated, more enlightened classes to bring them out of this dark ages mentality.

Miss Livinia: “Black people know Obama is hurting them but they’ll always support ‘one of our people’ “

LenaHorneMiss Livinia (not her real name) is a Black steel magnolia, not just upper middle class, but in personal comportment, a positive Princess. She resembles Lena Horne facially, in her speech and attitude. I’ve never seen her look less than stunning, at well past 80.

Livinia was an inner city school principal. She formulated her own early childhood reading pedagogy, which she used to great success getting little Black kids to read.

At one time she was more in the political mainstream. I think she was shocked at the effect of Maafa 21, the worst of which is that spiritual influence behind the population control movement understood since black women would smother their own children in the time of slavery that the greatest success would be to get Black people to kill themselves off, as if Black is Beautiful, the greatest thing to come out of the 60s, never even happened.

She has since sworn off the cool aid, but I was shocked at her pronouncement:

  • Black people know that Obama is hurting them, but they will always support him because ‘he is one of “our people” ‘.

That’s quite an admission, for a lady who has hobnobbed with the elites.

There’s nothing about this on the internet.

Did Jesus’ Apostles Get What They Expected?

How Did James & John Envision Jesus’ Kingdom?

They Asked to Sit at His Right & Left Hand; the Other Ten Were Indignant.

What Was This Kingdom They Thought They Would Rule?

What Eventually Became of Them All?

  •  The Apostles Believed that Jesus Would Restore the Kingdom of David, Which Was at Its Greatest Extent and Stability in the Time of his son Solomon.
  •  But Jesus’s Apostles Spread His Kingdom Worldwide, Far Beyond the Greatest Extent of Israel’s Empire.
  •  The Apostles Never Could Have Imagined Their Eventual Fates.

The Apostles "Get Down to Business", Trying to Establish the Pecking Order

20 Then the mother of the sons of Zebedee came up to him, with her sons, and kneeling before him she asked him for something. 21 And he said to her, "What do you want?" She said to him, "Command that these two sons of mine may sit, one at your right hand and one at your left, in your kingdom." 22 But Jesus answered, "You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I am to drink?" They said to him, "We are able." 23 He said to them, "You will drink my cup, but to sit at my right hand and at my left is not mine to grant, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father." 24 And when the ten heard it, they were indignant at the two brothers. 25 But Jesus called them to him and said, "You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great men exercise authority over them. 26 It shall not be so among you; but whoever would be great among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever would be first among you must be your slave; 28 even as the Son of man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." – Matthew 20:20-28
35 And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came forward to him, and said to him, "Teacher, we want you to do for us whatever we ask of you." 36 And he said to them, "What do you want me to do for you?" 37 And they said to him, "Grant us to sit, one at your right hand and one at your left, in your glory." 38 But Jesus said to them, "You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I drink, or to be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized?" 39 And they said to him, "We are able." And Jesus said to them, "The cup that I drink you will drink; and with the baptism with which I am baptized, you will be baptized; 40 but to sit at my right hand or at my left is not mine to grant, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared." 41 And when the ten heard it, they began to be indignant at James and John. 42 And Jesus called them to him and said to them, "You know that those who are supposed to rule over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great men exercise authority over them. 43 But it shall not be so among you; but whoever would be great among you must be your servant, 44 and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all. 45 For the Son of man also came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Mark 10:35-45

What Did The Apostles Think They Would Be Getting, Once Jesus’s Kingdom Was Restored?

21 Solomon ruled over all the kingdoms from the Euphrates to the land of the Philistines and to the border of Egypt; they brought tribute and served Solomon all the days of his life. … 24 For he had dominion over all the region west of the Euphrates from Tiphsah to Gaza, over all the kings west of the Euphrates; and he had peace on all sides round about him. 1 Kings 4:21;24

These Two Maps Aren’t Perfectly Synchronized – The Larger Map is Perhaps More Accurate about the Extent of David & Solomon’s Kingdom – The Smaller Map Shows David’s Kingdom Superimposed Upon the Map of the Modern Middle-East, Though It May Make the Borders Too Wide.

Ancient Israel and the Modern Middle East

What Happend to Them All?

The Point Is, The Apostles Were All Martryred.
Their Dreams of Empire Never Materialized.
